i need help getting music on every time i get music on 2 my computer it wont show up when i click import media then i have 2 click all files and then i see the song but when i click on it it says that it is not a supported file so it can not be put on

i need help =()
when i try 2 do that thing with zamzar it just says that this is not a mp something so i can not import it
if this helps i orriginnally got the song from limewire
o and it dosent say wat it accepts and idk even how 2 change it so that wont work
