Question by : I need a good free movie making software?
I tried to update windows movie maker to windows live movie maker but it keeps freezing up and failing at 36 percent 🙁 so I need to find a movie software like live movie maker. It has to have the ability to edit and choose the start point of audio, and have effects like movie maker does because im making youtube videos.

I did try uninstalling it, but its not even listed on my programs so I tried to delete the actual files and my computer wouldint allow me to :/

Have you tried un-installing windows movie maker 1st? Then install windows live movie maker?

In the add/remove programs option in xp control panel (programs and features in windows 7), does anything show up as “windows live essentials” instead? if so try removing that. It wont un-install anything yet but gives you a list of windows live programs to choose from to un-install, and 1 of them is messenger.
