I do a lot of movie making.
It can take up to half a day just to do one movie. with in a 24 hours I can only produce three movies. Any tips will be appreciated
My Gateway Computer Speeds are CPU intel 933MHz bus speed 133MHz RAM 512

CTRL+ALT+DELETE
Start Task Manager
Click PROCESSES tab
Right click the transcoding process
Select SET PRIORITY
Set to HIGH or REALTIME
Also, if using Vista turn off the Aurura theme or whetever it is called that has screen previews.
And never ever use a destop background or cluttewr the desktop with icons as this refreshes constantly in background memory
