How to make a tutu!!

This tutu in a can would be a great party favor and/or activity for little girl parties, slumber parties, anything. I know Malaea was really proud of the final product! For the tutu she has on at the end- littledivatutus.com named it the Malaea tutu, since she picked out the colors herself..how nice of them!!
