I’m using Windows movie maker, and i know how to do chroma key, but what i want to do is make a video on top of the other one and be able to move about kind of like mysteryguitarman did with the tiny person in this video:
And if I can’t use Movie Maker, what other free movie software can I get to do this? (windows 7)

Sorry buddy. You need a editor that allows multiple tracks like Premiere, Final Cut, Vegas Pro. The free ones don’t have that to my knowledge. Since you already know chromakey, u just need a better editing app. Movie Maker is a beginner app. What you want to do isn’t for beginners. Time to spend some money and move on and learn real editing. Good luck
