Question by Nick F: How to compress a movie I have on my computer?
I want to put a movie or two onto my 8GB iPhone but I cant when the file size is around 1.9 – 2 GB. Is there any way to make the file size considerably smaller and still have high quality? I would be doing this in a Mac and if there is any software involved i would like it to be free. The movies are already in MP4 format. Thanks for your help.

Download HandBrake and convert it using the preset iPhone compression tab on the right.
