How do you make the date and time show up on the movies you are taking?

Question by all_my_armour_falling_down: How do you make the date and time show up on the movies you are taking?
I have a sony DCR-DVD92 camcorder. I would like for the date and time to be displayed when playing back home movies. I have read the enitre manual and have gone through the entire menu on the camera and I can’t figure it out!!!!

it should have display options, then select display date
