How can you make movies with Gifs or Webcams.I`m going into 7th grade Digital Media and Photography and Videography so i need to know how.Thanks

Hi,
You’ll need to have a series of images (photos) and then you can use a program like The Gimp (www.gimp.org, it’s free!!) to open them all in layers in the same order you want them to appear in your movie.
After that just save the file as GIF and the program will ask if you want to save it as an animation.
