my windows movie maker 2 won’t let me create videos. it just shows an error report or it freezes and i have to exit out of it. Are there any freeware programs to make youtube videos. no pay.

sure but it depends on what ur starting with really …tmpgenc works if u use vcd mpeg1 settings … the xvid codec and virtualdub are useful also ..
