How do I translate a web page that requires login/uses scripts?

Question by Michael N: How do I translate a web page that requires login/uses scripts?
So when I try to translate a page on a site that I’ve logged into, it just sends the HTML address and not the actual content on the page. When the HTML address is sent, it just ends up translating the same login page, regardless of where I am in the site. How do I fix this? Do any of them have an option of sending the actual data? Are there local/native translators?

If you’re using Firefox, you can download an add-on for it, such as https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3361

If not, you could always copy/paste whatever you want translated into http://www.freetranslation.com
