I saw this video on youtube of Farcry for the 360 and he recorded from a capture card and he said he edited it with windows movie maker to make it go in slow motion so how do you do it?

Slow Motion is one of the video effects. Just drag it onto a clip and it will slow the video to half speed. Drag & drop the effect again to go half as fast again.
