How to Get Beachy Waves
Do you want beach-style waves? Here’s how to achieve this look.
Steps

1. Fill any empty squirt bottle with tap water.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of sea salt and shake until fully mixed.
3. Squirt mixture on to your hair until moist/damp.
4. Scrunch your hair upwards with fingers.
5. If very wet, scrunch with paper towels.
6. Let your hair dry naturally or blow dry it with defusser.

Tips

* If you want more of a wave, you should let hair dry naturally (in, if possible sunlight), as most hair has a natural wave to it.
* If your hair is supper strait you may also want gel.
* keep in place with flexible hairspray.
* keep mixture 1 inch from routes.
* if hair is naturally very corse and curly it would help to either blowdry hair straight or flat iron.

Warnings

* If you blow dry hair, watch out for frizz. You may have to use frizz serum.
* Make sure to use sea salt, not just table salt.

Things You’ll Need

* Sea salt
* Water
* Hairdryer (optional)
* Sunlight (optional)

How to Get Bouncy Beach Curls

We’ve all seen it in some way or another: the sexy teenage girl walking out of the pool water in a bikini, and her hair is curly and soaked with chlorine, creating a beautiful hairstyle altogether. Have you ever envied this hair-do? Well, no more standing on the sidelines watching girls get out of pools, because now you can have this hairstyle, no pool required!

Steps

1. Take a shower. Apply and lather a dollup of both shampoo and conditioner, and thoroughly rinse out. Do not use too much of either, as this will weigh your hair down.
2. Do not dry your hair. Simply wrap it in a towel for five minutes. This will allow it to remain damp.
3. Take your hair out from the towel. Lift up your hair from the bottom with your left hand, as if you were about to put it in a ponytail. With your right hand, grab all your hair, and bunch it into a ball so that it will fit in your fist. Do this several times.
4. Put your hair in a bun. Go to sleep while your hair is in a bun, and while it is still wet.
5. Let your hair down! When you wake up, simply remove the elastic band, and “zhush” your hair. You do this by putting your hands under your hair, and touching your scalp. Then you shake your hands, and your hair should bounce a little bit. Now you have beach curls to show off!

Tips

* Do this close to bedtime.

Warnings

* Leave your hair damp, or it will not work.
