Question by Stacey B: How do I do slow motion and fast motion on Windows Movie Maker?
Hey, so yea I don’t have the best movie making software but I have a built in webcam for my laptop so I was just wondering how I could do slow mo and fast motion on Windows Movie Maker.

Well 1st you’d have to get a recording and save it to a format that WMM accepts. Then you’d have to split the video where you want it slowed down or sped up, and right click the split part and go to effects & select the slow down or speed up effect & there you go.
