Question by ma!tizo: how come it took about 10 years later for the 3rd Toy Story movie?
i know it takes even longer to make an animation movie
but it was like all of a sudden when there was a movie trailer for the 3rd sequel 10 years later

They originally were going to make Toy Story 3 awhile back, something about Buzz being recalled and then the toys would have to go to Japan to rescue him. Instead, the producers did not like it and just trashed the storyboard. It wasn’t likely a Toy Story 3 would ever be made, but apparently they are going to make it now!
