Iv’e seen video’s on you tube were someones lightsaber really lights up, and it even humms. The I saw one were someone shoots lightning out of his hand, how can I do that? Do I need a special program.

No – there are “real” lightsabers that light up – but you can’t swordfight with them because the’re really just glass tubes filled with neon. I think Edmund Scientific sells them for about $ 80.
As for the lightning? You can achive that a variety of ways – just depends on how realistic you want it to look…
