Help identify a movie based on an obscure scene?

I have this scene stuck in my head from some movie or TV show I can’t identify. I can’t even really picture the scene itself save for some generalized basics.
The scene involves the captain of a ship, either a spaceship or a seaship, giving commands and orders to his crewmembers while walking down a hall, then a group of children run past him, he stops and looks exasperated, and says something to the effect of “Someone get these kids out of here”.
I know I did not make up this scene in my head. What movie/TV show/anything is this from?
I’m not sure it’s a Star Trek episode, as the only Star Trek episodes I’ve seen have been “The Next Generation”, and Picard doesn’t seem to be that kind of captain.
I’m not at all certain it’s from Star Trek TNG. What little memory I have of it is in no way reminiscent of Star Trek
It’s definitely not Star Trek. It absolutely cannot be.

Sounds like a Star Trek episode but I could be wrong.
LoL I watched every episode of TNG and I thought it was Picard but it’s been a long time ago…Thanks for the backup!
