HELICOPTER vs CAR – chase from “Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry” – ’74 – HQ

Another ’70s chase movie where the actors were allowed to do most of their own stunts (it wouldn’t happen today). Peter (70 in a couple of months!) Adam and Susan are actually IN that car and Vic Morrow takes his life in his hands (and STILL manages to ACT!) in the chopper. Footnote: in a cruel twist of fate, eight years later, Vic and two kids would be KILLED by a chopper FALLING on them, during the making of “Twilight Zone: The Movie” (’82).
