I was chosen to compete for district in National History Day this Saturday !! But I need a new and better software/download than Windows Movie Maker- one that can play sound and voice, have clear pictures, and have really cool effects. PLease help! (FREE)

There are several free video editors available, these are:
> Wax 2.0 – This is quite complicated to use but can produce great effects

If you are prepared to learn to how to use Wax 2.0 then it will be ideal. I generally prefer to use it as it can produce great effects if you are patient with it.
