Sulbha and Arvind discuss about Avantika and her problems. Arvind calls up Avantika to find out about her job but is relieved to know that everything is fine. Purva asks Amol about Saurabh and his intentions behind shifting to Pune. Sameer discusses with Reema about his financial problems. Reema offers to help him but Sameer does not reply. Siddhart asks Anna to speak to Shashank on his behalf, and ask for money for his new business. Anna refuses to do so. Siddhart gets angry. He accuses Anna of failing as a father. Mai gets angry on Siddhart. Jui watches the entire scene. Prajakta feels very lonely at home and decides to either call Anish and Asavari over by making some excuse or shifting to their house. Reema speaks to Salil about Sameer’s monetary problem and asks if they should help him. Salil refuses. Anish and Asavari spend some romantic moments with each other. Sameer gives a call to Reema and asks her if he can lend her some money. Reema tells that she will make some arrangement. Shashank tells his family that Jui has secured an A grade in her exams, but Jui does not appear happy. Devyani suggests that she should give a surprise party to Jui. Poonam hears this and calls up Richa and tells her about the surprise party. Richa says that it is time she will give a surprise to the Nerulkar family.
