Millionaire Durgeshwari Devi is a very stubborn lady and her two sons are employed in her factory. Her daughter Rekha is studying in a medical college and falls in love with Raja, who comes from a poor family. When this news is conveyed to Durgeshwari, she gets enraged. Raja secretly marries Rekha and accepts Durgeshwari�s condition of staying in her house. She tries her best to separate the couple but all in vain. During the events that are unfolded, she finally accepts Raja as her son-in-law.
