Dollar Collapse Preparation: Bread from food storage made “off the grid”

I’m making bread from wheat berries I had in food storage for 3 years. I CHEATED on 2 parts though: 1) I used an electric wheat grinder because my manual was in storage 2) I let the bread rise in an oven for speed purposes. You can let it rise at room temp for 2 1/2 hours. Here is the recipe: 8 cups of whole wheat flour 2 cups of milk made from powdered milk (room temp) 1 cup of room temp water 2 tablespoons of yeast (either bought or harvested from the air) 1 tablespoon of salt 1 tablespoon of honey (optional) 4 tablespoons of sugar (brown or white) 2 tablespoons of butter or oil Mix, knead, let rise (1 hour in 110F or 2.5 hours at room temp), form into a loaf or loaves, bake in a solar oven.
