Just saw the trailer, but I don’t know. I’m a trek fan, but not a trekkie.. The trailer makes the movie look a little overdone.. what do you think?

I’m in the same position as you…I’ve seen maybe two episodes of ANY Star Trek show. I’ve enjoyed most of the movies; the only one I haven’t seen is “Nemesis”.
I’m putting my faith in this one. In the past, I haven’t liked it when they recycled old shows or movies, but I think it has the potential to keep the show’s spirit alive.
