I was thinking specific ones based on some of the basic social work scenarios: suspected elder/child abuse, substance abuse – known or suspected, or almost any type of assessment

try typing in your state along with social work assessments forms or scripts into google. I helped my last g/f with some work and remember seeing some things like that in pdf on our states social services website. Hope that helps.
