Crew members in making a movie?

Okay me and my friends are making a fun little video. This isn’t professional or anything, we are just kids having fun. We have a video camera and im the director we have actors but my question is the crew members. Can you tell me all you need in a crew.

ex: director, producer, makeup artist.

i know there is a lot just tell me the main ones.
I know this isn’t the next hit movie but we want to be as professional as possible just for the fun of it.

You definitely need lots of GRIPs. I don’t know what they do, but grips rock.
