Copyright contest problem?

Question by Dan: Copyright contest problem?
Ok, im doing this contest with some friends to make a video for an airsoft company. but in the rules it says “Any music, lyrics, sounds, props, or any other creative element used in the video must be entrant’s own original creative work and cannot have been previously published.” so now im stuck without a paddel. can i get around the system to make the song Burns Attack by Paul Oakenfold legal for the contest? the song is from a movie and hardley anyone knows it so it might get under the radar? anyone think so too?

There is one except to the copyright law, which is the fair use law. Which basically states that if the material is used for a non-profit organization or for educational purposes, you are allowed to use any copyrighted materials
