Can you put two iPods on the same computer?

Question by Mimsterlovesyou: Can you put two iPods on the same computer?
My brother has his music downloaded on the computer. I have an iPod Touch, but I make movies and I want my music on them. So I need to take my songs from iTunes and put it on Movie Maker.
Is it possible to sync two iPods to the same computer without erasing anything?

Please list the steps on how to do this. Thanks! :]
