probably…. im sure cuz if you can in the sims 2 they’ll put it in the sims 3.

at this website thay have pictures of tool bars for the game but i cant see any cameras… idk just thought that that might interest you.

if you fast foward the movie untill you see the toolbar then zoom in you can see a video camera in the bottom left coner.
so the answer to your question is: yes there will be video in the sims 3!
