Is it possible to sell a screenplay synopsis with an ending with out a full script? If so are there any legitimate links that I check out where I can pitch my idea’s.

Only if you want to appear unprofessional.
You can’t pitch ideas online, where would you pitch it?Think about it?
Get a literary agent. The Writer’s Market, lists lists literary agents and Talent agents.
No, and never submit anything to anyone in the industry unless specifically requested to do so.
The industry has professional script writers.
They will not be interested in your script.
