Business type and tax?

Hello! I’d happy if you could ansewer the followed question.

1) What is the best corporation type for me? S or C corporation? My condition is followed; I will establish alone. Genre is entertainment, making movies. Use my house address and phone. I will hire some people later.

2) What if I wouldn’t get any profits at first year, do I have to pay tax? (you know, I can’t estimate at all because of movie business.)

Why do you need a corporation?
Start as sole proprietor business, unless you want to limit liability.
