I have window movie maker but it crashes very often and I also have problems saving the movie file. Are there any other software or program to make videos?

What kind of videos do you mean? Do you mean animation or live videos or both? You might want to try Adobe After Effects if you want to do some professional looking stuff. Warning you though it’s kind of a complicated program if you’re not used to programs like that. You can download the free trial online.
