I currently run a 12 team fantasy football league. I’m trying to find a script or spreadsheet that will allow me to power rate teams. I’d like it to take their bench into account too, but not as much as who they choose to start..
Any leads?

Check out www.FantasyPowerRanking.com. There is a free, download-able, and league customizable fantasy power ranking calculator. It’s extremely easy to use and my leagues have been using it for years.
It doesn’t account for bench players, however, because it assumes that sit/start decisions of a team owner are part of the “power rating” of each team. In other words, if a owner plays the wrong players every week, his team is only as good as the points they score.
