Question by David: Anyone remember the independent film on the Sundance Channel a few years back called ‘Turnabout is Fair Play’?
The movie was only about 5 minutes or so long and was made down in Florida if my memory serves me correctly. I remember an older man who acted in the film and the writer who typed the script on a manual typewriter and told about the way the film was made.
It was hard to distinquish if this was a real movie OR if the documentary about the short film WAS the movie.
Several townspeople were involved in the film including a drunk who was hanged by the people at the end of the movie in a finale scene.
The main thrust of the film was on the making of the movie. I just remember the old man near the end of the movie once they had hung the guy at the end saying, “Turn about is Fair Play”…
Anyone know where I can find info on this movie?

Yes it aired in 2003 on Sundance and it’s a real story. Here’s some info on it and the documentary about it called, Mule Skinner Blues.
