When i am older i would like to be an movie animator with pixar ( the company that makes Monsters Inc , Toy Story and Finding Nemo and more )

And look through all the questions, especially the one which says, “What do you look for in animators?”
I’d suggest you go study acting.
Although, there are different sort of animators… technical ones, effects animators, painters… study up…
Your dream will become a reality one day so you might as well live as if it were already.
I think there’s a link on the site somewhere that gives answer to your question concerning helpful websites… but it’s not easily apparent to me, so you go look.
If you study any art, and not just that labeled with animation field, then you’ll get lots of background and knowledge that can help you with animating. So study miming, acting, theatre, dance, whatever…
But most of all observe your life.
