Police Inspector Ravi has been assigned the task of apprehending a notorious gangster Shera, who proves to be too elusive for him. Ravi then seeks the assistance of another gangster Raja who is in the prison and readily agrees to help him. But Ravi is completely unaware of Raja�s own agenda behind this so-called co-operation.
