Ok here’s the scene with the song:
Brian goes to Dom’s garage for the first time to give him a beat-up toyota supra that he calls his “10-second car”. Jesse makes a joke about the car and says, “you can push this across the finish line – or tow it!” Then Brian tells Dom to pop the hood. Then Dom says, “i retract my previous statement”. Jesse says, “this will decimate all, after putting 15 grand, or more, and overnight parts from Japan”. Then Dom says to Brian, “I’ll tell you what, when your not working at Harry’s, your working here. If you can’t find the right tool in this garage, Mr. Arizona, then you don’t belong near a car”. In the next scene you see them driving back to the shop with a truckload of boxes then you see all the parts laying out on a table.
