i want to make a GIF out of movies and clips.BUT I WANT A PROGRAM I COULD BUY.
whats a softweare i can BUY because if i have to do a recovery IT WILL SWEEP OFF MY COMPUTER
AND I PURCHASED IT FOR NOTHING
i bought it for nothing?
Other than photoshp. its expensive and i dont need it.

I would go to www.download.com and buy a program there. They usually send you an email with a code that will allow you to redownload it, I think, if you loose the program. You’d have to check their policies.
