Okay, I need to show a good movie for Sociology class at my high school. Should be easy, for an example a movie like School Ties would be great. Unfortunately I live in a conservative town and we can not even show PG-13 movies to 17 year old students. So what is a good movie to show my class that is PG? Right now we are discussing values, norms, sanctions, ethnocentrism, but to be honest I can make any thing work for the time being. Thanks

To Kill A Mockingbird would be great for ethnocentricism…but I’m really not sure what sort of movies you’d want to show.
